2024 Volunteers Needed
The two-day Fallasburg Arts Festival would not be possible without the hard work of our amazing volunteers! We ask for volunteers to assist with festival needs beginning on Wednesday before the festival through Sunday.
There are many areas where additional help is needed, including:

Artist Check-In and Support
Artist Check-In | Arch or Field Lot
Assist artists arriving at the festival by checking them in, providing them with their Artist Packet, and directing them to their load-in area. Ages 18+

Artist Check-In | Around Park
Assist artists arriving at the festival by helping them find their booth location, monitoring load-in areas, and assisting artists with load-in if necessary. Ages 18+
​
Artist Support
Collect raffle donations from artists (Sat AM only). Give artists a brief midday break for food and bathroom (may need to handle sales). Assist artists with the exit process by giving exit tickets to artists who are packed up (Sun PM only). Ages 18+

Raffle & Info Booth

Raffle Sales - Table
Advertise and sell raffle tickets to festival guests in front of the Raffle Prize Tent. Ages 18+
​
Raffle Sales - Circulating
Walk around the festival area to advertise and sell raffle tickets to festival guests. Ages 18+
​
Info Booth
Answer guest questions about the festival and Lowell Arts, sell raffle tickets, and sell Lowell Arts t-shirts. Ages 14+

Golf Carts
​
Golf Carts: Volunteers in this area will be expected to safely drive a golf cart along a given route offering rides to festival guests. Ages 18+ (with valid driver's license)

Golf Cart - Field Lot
Safely transport guests via golf cart to and from their cars and the crosswalk entrance. Ages 18+ (with valid driver's license)

Golf Cart - Covered Bridge
Safely transport guests via golf cart from the Covered Bridge lot to the Festival grounds. Ages 18+ (with valid driver's license)
